This Privacy Policy only applies to you if you are a SystemONE user, meaning that you have registered using our Signup form (https://systemone.lanka4us.com/system/signup ) and confirming account creation thru your email address.

If you tried to sign in and not followed the e-mail we sent to your email address to confirm your sign in request, you are not a SystemONE user. But, what you have entered in to the signup form will remain in our syetem for future references.

All details you entered in to the SystemONE system are recorded forever extent to the law, As this system is desinged to cater those details as when necessary. So if you feel that you cannot agreed to this policy, please do not signed in to SytemONE System and never try to use it.

WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU NEED TO PROVIDE TO SystemONE

When you register for a SystemONE account, we will need your details such as your name details, contact details, password, National Identity card number(NIC) resident details and your grama niladhari division to facilitate SystemONE facilities. What you entered are kept and used to authorized your access to SystemONE. When you or the related authorized officers are working on your data, your account details and access rights are given and controlled according to the SystemONE. So your ability to change the related details or data could be limited by time to time as when required. If you noticed any information regarding to you are obsolete or wrong you may need to contact relevent authorized officers to correct them. Your first level of authorization person in this system is grama niladhari (government agent) of your area.

Most of the times your data will be blocked by system for you and allowed to change by the relevent authorities.Your stored data will be used by the SystemONE for provide you better usage experience

HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

We use your information to provide SystemONE to you, allow you to communicate with other users, allow you to use the features available on SystemONE, and to improve and support your SystemONE experience. More Information
